How long will it take to receive my order?

Since I design and assemble every piece by hand in my atelier, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once your order is ready and inspected, I'll ship it directly to you. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. It's my way of saying thank you for supporting my small business — it truly means the world.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package from my atelier to your doorstep. Click here to track your order.


What is your return policy?

Your happiness is everything to me. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Visit my Return Policy page for full details, or email me at support@atelier-carter.com to start the process.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! I'm proud to ship my handcrafted pieces worldwide. International shipping times and fees may vary based on your location. If you're outside my main shipping zones and want to place an order, just reach out — I'll do my best to help.


How should I care for my piece?

Each piece is crafted to last. With a little care, yours will stay beautiful for years to come.

  • Avoid moisture and extreme temperatures whenever possible
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth
  • If your piece has a leather strap, condition the leather every few months to maintain its quality

Can I request a custom piece?

While I don't currently offer custom builds, I always love hearing your ideas. If you're looking for something specific, email me at support@atelier-carter.com and I'll let you know what's possible.


What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay securely using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes, contact me as soon as possible at support@atelier-carter.com. If your order hasn't been processed yet, I'll do my best to help. Once it's been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
