At Atelier Carter, I'm committed to delivering handcrafted pieces of exceptional quality. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, I'll do everything I can to make it right.
Once your order is placed, I begin working on it right away to ensure careful and timely fulfillment.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once an order is placed.
Condition: To qualify for a return, your piece must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging included.
How to Return: To start a return, email me at support@atelier-carter.com with your order number and a brief explanation. I'll guide you through the process step by step.
Refunds
Assessment: Once I receive your return, I'll inspect it to make sure it meets the return criteria. You'll receive an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary
- Reach out to your bank to confirm the transaction status

Exchanges
For Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, I'm happy to provide a replacement. Simply email me at support@atelier-carter.com with your order details and photos of the issue, and I'll take care of you.
